Phil was a successful contestant on ITV's "Britain's Best Dish"

Jay Dodson does indeed live on a narrow boat and produces great food from a tiny galley kitchen. He has produced two chef sons, so must have the genes. He loves cooking outdoors using techniques from the original Scouts handbook. Knowing that 40% of the world's population has to cook with wood makes him feel proud to copy the tradition.

Both Jay and Phil have been top table guest tasters on "Market Kitchen - Great Adventure"  (UKTV)
